I will admit that over time we have gotten lazy about it, but it no longer impacts her behavior. However it must have made an impression because now she tends to choose fruits to eat and not a lot of sugar. If only we could get her away from pizza every school day at lunch.Dawn Marcottehttp://www.asd-dr.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-515138895847197893.post-14434972878145235652014-09-30T19:45:03.671-07:002014-09-30T19:45:03.671-07:00We have been on an allergy free diet for four year...We have been on an allergy free diet for four years and it has certainly gotten easier but I think my biggest struggle is how much it costs to feed a family of 5 (soon 6 when my baby starts eating food)! Sadly real, whole, allergy free foods just cost more. We feel it's worth it, so we fork out the extra money but that gets hard. We could do so many other things if we could only figure out how to spend less money on food. It is also hard to go places and feel left out socially. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge because there is always so much more to learn about gut health!kamihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01036681846580798894noreply@blogger.com
